Vintage Imperial Glass Doeskin milk glass vase
This beautiful opaque milk glass vase is heavy (3.5 lbs) and overly decorated with loganberries and leaves. This technique by Imperial Glass was named Doeskin and is truly representative of mid-century modern design. The look is lucious! The richness of the white glass is more luxurious than regular milkglass and reminds me of a bride in her white, billowing wedding dress. Made in the 1960s this offering has survived with only a very small chip in the base. See the pictures as they are representative of the description of the piece. I have included a pic of the chip which is not at all noticeable and if it were full of flowers there is not a chance it would be discovered. The price of the piece has taken this flaw into consideration. Please ask me any questions you might have about this lovely vase.
