Depression glass bowl:
Indiana Glass "Lily Pons" green depression glass bowl. The pattern is Sunflower but is better known as Lily Pons inasmuch as the pattern was designed in the 1930s for the famous opera star, Lily Pons. It was made in the traditional depression glass colors of crystal, pink and green at that time. It has been reproduced many times in additional colors. This offering is in green. This beautiful piece has survived without a chip, crack or repair and is essentially new. The color is simply delicious! The bowl measures 3 1/2 " tall, 7" top diameter and 3 1/2 base diameter.
