Angels by Peter Lamborn Wilson is a lovely "coffee table" book that is difficult to find. This first edition was copywritten in 1980 and looks at art, folklore, literature and scripture from every century and all over the world. The five major religions: Judaism, Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism and Islam all recognize angels as a connection between humanity and divinity throughout the ages. This interesting work contains illustrations of art, literature and sacred writings to show the connection of man to the divine. The book is 199 pages, 9" x 11" x 1". It is used but in good condition.
